Lyniesha Ward

Lyniesha Ward, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology. Dr. Ward received her doctorate in chemistry with a focus on Chemistry Education Research. Dr. Ward’s work is primarily qualitative, with the occasional use of mixed methods to improve student understanding and experiences in the chemistry classroom. Her research investigates how students learn organic chemistry and evidence-based guidelines for using digital technologies and visualizations in chemistry learning and research.
